Facility Design

Honua's engineers and principles have been involved with the design, construction and operation of many medical waste facilities throughout the United States and abroad. Honua is aware of the operational difficulties of constructing a medical waste facility within urban and residential areas. However, when all of Honua's waste treatment and handling operations are contained within the facility walls, the typical facility becomes totally innocuous and indistinguishable from the outside. Since there are no visible emissions or other discharges from the facility, a treatment facility can typically be sited within residential and other urban areas quite peacefully. Honua can separately contract directly with the facility operator to provide the design and engineering work necessary to house and operate all of Honua's specified equipment for a medical waste treatment facility.
